Cat Versus Dog Versus Rat Trick Contest
I love cats and dogs and rats. I had my cat Nala and my 2 dogs Cookie and Isabelle when I discovered Nana and Kaiser and later the rats.
If you were wondering what pet to get and if cats, rats and dogs can be trained. The answer is yes, all three species are capable of learning tricks. I personally have found dogs the easiest to train but take a look at these pet siblings in the trick videos below.
All behaviours are taught exclusively with positive reinforcement and clicker training. (Positive reinforcement means using treats and toys and attention to reward for good behaviour not using punishment.)
No footage is played in reverse. All animals are performing these behaviours as shown, including walking backwards.
